Focusaur is built to support your daily focus rituals — session after session, habit after habit.

For products purchased directly from https://www.focusaur.com/, Focusaur provides a 12-month limited warranty starting from the delivery date. If your Focusaur product has a verified quality-related defect in materials or workmanship under normal use, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement or issue a full refund. For approved warranty claims, return shipping will be covered by Focusaur.
For products purchased through Amazon or other authorized retailers, please contact the original retailer directly for warranty service, as their purchase records and service procedures may apply.

What’s Covered

Defects in materials or workmanship under regular use.

Exclusions (warranty does not apply to):

  1. Products without valid proof of purchase.
  2. Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, incorrect assembly, or use with faulty or incompatible components.
  3. Damage caused by user error, negligence, accidents, drops, impact, or improper handling.
  4. Unauthorized modifications, repairs, disassembly, soldering, or alterations.
    Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic changes that do not affect product function.
  5. Damage caused by harsh environments, including water immersion, overheating, extreme temperatures, repeated thermal cycling, excessive humidity, or improper storage.
  6. Lost, stolen, or intentionally damaged products.
  7. Incorrect product purchases or orders placed by mistake.
  8. Free, gifted, sample, or promotional items, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

How to Make a Claim

Please include:
  1. Your order number or valid proof of purchase.
  2. A short description of the issue.
  3. A clear photo or short video showing the problem.
Our support team may first guide you through basic troubleshooting to better understand the issue. If the claim is approved, Focusaur will provide either a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.
Replacement products are covered for the remaining warranty period of the original purchase.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Focusaur shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the product.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by country, state, or region.
Nothing in this warranty is intended to limit or replace any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. If the warranty period or terms stated here are inconsistent with mandatory local laws in your country or region, the applicable local laws shall prevail.
