FAQ

Earn 15% commission on qualifying purchases made through your affiliate links. Your exact earnings will be shown in your reports on the affiliate portal.

Commission is calculated only on the eligible product subtotal after discounts—not the total amount paid at checkout.

Shipping fees and taxes (including VAT) are excluded from the commissionable amount. Refunded product amounts are also excluded.

Example: A customer pays $190 for eligible products after discounts, plus $10 in shipping and $20 in taxes, for a checkout total of $220.

Your commission is calculated on $190, not $220. At a 15% commission rate, you would earn $28.50.

A qualified sale is an order that is successfully attributed to your affiliate link or assigned discount code and is completed, paid, and not cancelled, refunded, charged back, or fraudulent.

The order must also comply with the program’s promotion and attribution rules. Self-referrals and transactions created to artificially generate commissions do not qualify.

A tracked sale is not automatically an approved or payable commission. It must first meet the eligibility requirements and complete the 35-day commission hold.

Orders that are cancelled, refunded, charged back, or confirmed as fraudulent do not qualify for commission. Any related pending commission will be cancelled.

For exchanges, commission eligibility depends on the final retained product amount.

If a commission has already been paid for an order that later becomes ineligible, the amount may be deducted from future commission payments.

All commissions are subject to a 35-day hold before they can become eligible for payout.

This accounts for our 30-day return window, plus a five-day shipping allowance, and helps us confirm that referred orders remain eligible before commissions are paid.

Completing the hold does not trigger an immediate payment. Commissions must also be approved, meet the minimum payout threshold, and follow the monthly payout schedule.

We use both affiliate link tracking and discount code tracking.

Your affiliate link has a 30-day tracking cookie. Purchases made within that window may qualify for commission, subject to the program’s attribution rules.

Customers can also be attributed to you through your assigned discount code, even if they did not click your affiliate link before purchasing.

For link-based referrals, the last affiliate click receives attribution.

For example, if a customer clicks Affiliate A’s link and later clicks Affiliate B’s link before purchasing, the sale is attributed to Affiliate B.

An assigned affiliate discount code takes priority over link attribution. If a customer clicks Affiliate A’s link but uses Affiliate B’s code at checkout, the commission goes to Affiliate B.

Yes. You must accumulate at least $50 in approved commissions that have completed the 35-day hold period before you can request a payout.

Pending commissions and commissions still within the hold period do not count toward the $50 payout threshold.

If your eligible commission balance is below $50, you’ll need to accumulate more eligible commissions before requesting a payout. Once you meet the threshold, you can submit a payout request, with payment following our monthly payout schedule.
