Return Policy

At Focusaur, we want every product to feel like a reliable part of your daily focus ritual. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help.

 

1.Return Period

Products purchased from https://www.focusaur.com may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.


2.Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a verified product quality issue, Focusaur will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is requested for reasons unrelated to product quality, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees. These reasons may include, but are not limited to:
  • Ordering the wrong product model, color, or version.
  • Changing your mind or no longer needing the product.
  • Entering an incorrect shipping address.
  • Refusing delivery for reasons unrelated to product quality.
  • Exercising your statutory cancellation right, where applicable (UK & EU: within 14 days of receipt).

 

3.Refund Method
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We are unable to issue refunds to a different bank card, account, or payment method.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are generally processed within 3–5 business days.
Please note that depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, it may take an additional 10–15 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

 

4.Condition of Returns

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Unauthorized returns may be refused.


5.How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email us at support@focusaur.com with your order details and reason for return. If your product has a quality issue, please include photos or videos showing the problem to help us process your case faster.
